Housed in the Delaware Biotechnology Institute (Suite 205), the CBCB Bioinformatic core builds upon the combined resources of DBI and the Protein Information Resource (PIR). Computational resources of the Center include:
- High Performance Computational Servers: The center maintains HPC computer assets including the BioMix and hardware suitable for analysis of Next Generation Sequencing data
- CBCB Data Center: The CBCB Data Center and associated NECC Shared Data Center provide Delaware researchers and our NECC partners with dedicated database and web servers to assist in data dissemination, and data sharing capabilities
- CAVE 3D Visualization Studio: The CAVE studio enables large format and three dimensional visualization of biological data and imagery
