The database was created by extracting various pharmacokinetic properties from 85 FDA cancer drugs. We chose drugs on the basis of the functional groups present in their chemical structures and on the drug’s documented physicochemical parameters. This database could be used to evaluate Structure Activity Relationships (SARs). One could also use this database to analyze or predict a chemotherapy compound’s missing pharmacokinetic properties.
