|The CBCB Bioinformatics Core builds upon the infrastructure of the Delaware Biotechnology Institute (DBI) and the Protein Information Resource (PIR). As Delaware’s INBRE and EPSCoR supported Bioinformatics Core, we support life science research at UD, as well as our partner institutions throughout the state.
We operate under both collaborative and fee-for-service models, and are happy to work with investigators to find a solution that fits their needs and budget. Contact the Core (email@example.com) for assistance planning your research or analyzing your current data.
Our bioinformatics scientists and BioIT specialists provide a wide range of services:
The Core is generously supported by grants from the NIH National Center for Research Resources (5 P20 RR016472-12), the NIH National Institute of General Medical Sciences (8 P20 GM103446-12), and National Science Foundation EPSCoR (EPS-081425). Please acknowledge this contribution in any publications supported by Core resources.
