|COVID-19 Message: The Bioinformatics Core remains open
While our building is closed, we are continuing our work remotely. The Biomix cluster and our other computational resources are also operational and remain accessible from off-campus. Please do not hesitate to reach out (email@example.com) if you need bioinformatics assistance.
|The CBCB Bioinformatics Core builds upon the infrastructure of the Delaware Biotechnology Institute (DBI), the Data Science Institute (DSI), and the Protein Information Resource (PIR). As Delaware’s INBRE and EPSCoR supported Bioinformatics Core, we support life science research at UD, as well as our partner institutions throughout the state.
We operate under both collaborative and fee-for-service models, and are happy to work with investigators to find a solution that fits their needs and budget. Contact the Core (firstname.lastname@example.org) for assistance planning your research or analyzing your current data.
