On Thursday, May 24, 2012, CBCB will host its second Research Symposium at the Embassy Suites Newark. The goal of the 2012 CBCB Research Symposium is to showcase the Bioinformatics Network of Delaware (BiND) and to provide a venue for bringing together CBCB affiliated faculty and students from over ten departments across four colleges to foster idea exchanges and multidisciplinary research collaborations. The BiND is a partnership between all Delaware INBRE institutions and was formed to more effectively serve the bioinformatics needs of the Delaware research and education community. The Symposium will feature a keynote, as well as invited talks and poster presentations from CBCB affiliates and BiND members. The symposium is being organized in conjunction with the Bioinformatics ShortCourse: RNA-Seq Data Analysis (Tuesday-Wednesday, May 22-23) to be hosted by our Center.
