Housed in the AP Biopharmaceutical Innovation Center, the CBCB Bioinformatic core builds upon the combined resources of DBI and the Protein Information Resource (PIR). Computational resources of the Center include:

  • High Performance Computational Servers: The center maintains HPC computer assets including the BioMix HPC cluster and other hardware suitable for bioinformatics and data science analysis.
  • CBCB Data Center: The CBCB Data Center provides Delaware researchers with biomedical data storage (including the Biostore resource), dedicated database and web servers to assist in data dissemination, and data sharing capabilities

To request access to computational resources (including Biomix), or for a facilities/equipment statement and other grant proposal assistance, please contact the Bioinformatics Core (help@bioinformatics.udel.edu).
